Throwing knives Bait Smoke grenades Bullet ballistics Armor piercing rounds, slug shells, and incendiary ammo Fire modes few things you can try: change DirectX version. lock frames at lower number (e.g 40 if you are having normally above 60fps) make sure you are running game full screen. turn on/off v-sync.
